Shipment Policy
LOST or
DAMAGED PACKAGES
Damaged packages or goods must be reported
with 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Lost shipments
must be reported within one week of expected arrival. Claims
can not be processed outside of these time periods. Send us
an e-mail service@majormemory.com
to reship a lost shipment, claim the insurance for loss or
damaged of a shipment. The courier (UPS, USPS, Airborne or
Fedex) will make the final decision regarding your credit.
