and GUARANTY
All
of our products are guaranteed to work in the system for
which you ordered them. Most of our products carry a
lifetime warranty. Most manufacturers also provide product
warranties. Please refer to the specific product's
documentation of manufacturer's description for more
accurate warranty information.
LOST
or DAMAGED PACKAGES
If
you believe your package has been lost, damaged or delayed
in transit, please reorder it. Use the insurance form to
claim the refund for loss, damage and shipping of the
original order. The courier (UPS, USPS, Airborne, Fedex or
DHL) will make the final decision regarding your credit.
RETURN
for CREDIT
If
you ordered the wrong part or wish to have your money
refunded, you have up to 14 days to return your part for
full credit. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Orders
above $1000 are returnable for store credit only. After 14
days a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Products are not
returnable for credit after 30 days.
REFUND
of SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping
charges are nonrefundable. In some cases a refund may be
allowed by Fedex, UPS, or Airborne. USPS shipping charges
are nonrefundable.
Warranty
and RMA Terms
All of our memory (RAM) products are backed by a lifetime
replacement warranty through Major Memory. All other
non-memory products carry a manufacturer's warranty and all
warranty services for non-memory products are handled by the
respective product manufacturers unless otherwise stated.
Returns of non-defective merchandise must be post marked
within 30 calendar days of the date of the original invoice
from Major Memory. All returns of non-defective merchandise
are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
In all cases an RMA number is required prior to shipping any
product to Major Memory for warranty service or a return. Click
